Students, faculty, staff and alumni are invited to take part in Thrive Week, a campus-wide initiative focused on celebrating and supporting mental well-being at McMaster.

Organized in collaboration with departments across the university, this year’s series includes workshops, creative experiences, wellness activities, discussion sessions and social events — all free and open to the community.

Many events are drop-in, while others require registration. Visit the official Thrive Week 2026 calendar for full event details and to plan a week of wellness.
