As the pandemic continues, public health experts are urging everyone to get vaccinated and to get a booster dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, which can help increase one’s immune response to the virus.
McMaster University is hosting a second vaccination clinic on campus this week in partnership with Hamilton Public Health. All students, staff, visitors and faculty are welcome. More than 300 people attended the first clinic held on Tuesday.
No appointments are needed and first, second and third doses of the vaccine will be available. Walk-ins are welcome.

Location: CIBC Hall, 3rd floor of the McMaster University Student Centre (MUSC)
Time: 9:30am to 3:15pm (closed for lunch 11:50am-1:00pm)
This clinic is being held to help accommodate those that were unable to get vaccinated because of a strong turnout at the clinic held on campus on January 18th.
Please bring your OHIP and/or UHIP card with you to the clinic. International or out-of-province students, please bring physical, hard copies of previous vaccinations. All attendees must wear a well-fitting mask at all times.
McMaster participants must complete MacCheck screening before attending campus. Visitors must use the McMaster Safety App tool.
Appointments for COVID-19 boosters – and first and second doses of the vaccine – are also available locally and can be booked through regional public health agencies, and the City of Hamilton booking portal.
The McMaster Student Wellness Centre is offering COVID-19 vaccination appointments to students. International students, please bring this completed form and your original vaccination documents with you to your appointment. Or, you can send the completed form and original vaccination documents to Hamilton Public Health.
