McMaster and Unifor Unit 5 reach tentative agreement  

McMaster and Unifor Local 5555 Unit 5, representing Operations and Maintenance staff at the university, have reached a tentative collective agreement.

The union and the university will each proceed through their ratification processes.

McMaster negotiates with all employee groups based on a set of core principles, including bargaining in good faith and committing to long-term, collaborative relationships with union partners.
