Call for nominations: University-wide governing bodies

Elections will be held March 3-5 to fill vacant undergraduate student, graduate student, teaching and non-teaching staff representative seats in several University-wide governing bodies.

Elections will be held on March 3, 4, and 5, 2026, to fill vacant undergraduate student, graduate student, teaching and non-teaching staff representative seats on the following University-wide governing bodies: 

Board of Governors

Graduate Student Representative 

  • One vacancy (2-year term, July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2028) 

Teaching Staff Representative 

  • One vacancy (3-year term, July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2029) 

Non-Teaching Staff Representative 

  • One vacancy (3-year term, July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2029) 

Senate 

Undergraduate Student Representatives – one from each of the following Faculties

  • Faculty of Engineering (2-year term, July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2028) 
  • Faculty of Science (2-year term, July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2028)
